UPON BOOKING

Clients booking an appointment will automatically be booked in for a consultation. A credit card is required to secure an appointment and will be kept on record.

CANCELLATION

Can’t make your appointment? No problem. Serene Cosmetic Clinic allows you to make changes to your appointment, however, we do require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a $50 charge.

REFUNDS

All services are non-refundable but we will be more happy to exchange services or issue store credits.No products returns.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit Serene Cosmetic Clinic website, engage with us on any of the social media platforms, or messenger platforms, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail, by SMS, or any/all social media and/or messenger platforms. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Serene Cosmetic Clinic or to products you purchase through Serene Cosmetic Clinic shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Ontario, Canada, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Serene Cosmetic Clinic intellectual property rights,Serene Cosmetic Clinic may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the province of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
